Is the generator working now?
Yes. The demo now runs a client-side monochrome algorithm that analyses the uploaded image and generates an actual pin-to-pin route in the browser. Production scoring, exports, and multi-color output are still future work.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear faces, pets, or objects with strong lighting and simple backgrounds should translate best into circular string art.
Will I receive actual winding instructions?
That is the core product direction: a numbered sequence such as pin 12 to pin 84, plus preview, pin map, and step-by-step guide.
Where will this launch first?
The site is written for Australian and global buyers. Early fulfilment can start with digital plans, then expand into DIY kits for customers who want to make the gift by hand.
